untrained staff racist behaviour
the pool had umbrella for each pair of sunbeds. this was very good.
the breakfast experience did not go well. the staff at the thai restaurant charm was not well trained. one employee name was jatsada and he told us freely to complaint.

worn fixture poor soundproofing
I was excited about the stay, but a couple of things dampened my enthusiasm. the bathroom fixtures looked pretty worn. The showerhead had some limescale. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallway (door slams) quite easily, and the noise was too much for me.

excellent location nearby massage family pool poolside pizza
the location is excellent and close to the beachfront. massage places are nearby, as are laundry services and a 7-eleven. many restaurants are within walking distance! the pool was family friendly, offering smoothies and pizza poolside.

The pool area is beautiful and offers ample space to relax, it also has a swim-up bar. the kids' club staff are very friendly. They are always ready to help to entertain children with several activities. there is a 7/11 store conveniently located in front of the hotel.

the breakfast selection includes indian chutneys, american-style doughnuts, and swiss muesli! iced thai tea and iced lattes are also available to order, a detail that adds to the quality. with four on-site restaurants, we found the variety of options convenient.

the location allows easy access to several stores such as pharmacies, and also a 7-eleven store. many local restaurants and shopping options are steps from the resort, it makes it really practical. the beach is also within easy walking distance.

a satisfactory stay
friendly staff breakfast buffet inadequate lighting lingering smell
the breakfast buffet provided many choices. the staff was friendly. a basketball court was available and a highlight for our family with children.
the light fixtures in the room did not provide enough light. completing basic tasks in the evening was difficult. the bathroom consistently had a lingering smell that housekeeping could not resolve.
